Washing the hands
When washing the hands from a cup, pouring water over each hand: in the morning on rising and before eating bread. It is said while drying them.
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם אֲשֶׁר קִדְּשָׁנוּ בְּמִצְוֹתָיו וְצִוָּנוּ עַל נְטִילַת יָדָיִם:
Baruch Ata Adonai, Eloheinu Melech haolam, asher kideshanu bemitzvotav vetzivanu al netilat yadayim.
Blessed are You, Adonai, our God, King of the universe, who has sanctified us with His commandments and commanded us concerning the washing of the hands.
