Putting up a mezuzah
Right before affixing the mezuzah on the right doorpost (as you walk in), at the start of the upper third. For several doors, one blessing covers them all.
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, אֲשֶׁר קִדְּשָׁנוּ בְּמִצְוֹתָיו וְצִוָּנוּ לִקְבֹּעַ מְזוּזָה:
Baruch Ata Adonai, Eloheinu Melech haolam, asher kideshanu bemitzvotav vetzivanu likbo'a mezuzah.
Blessed are You, Adonai, our God, King of the universe, who has sanctified us with His commandments and commanded us to affix a mezuzah.
