Every night from the second night of Pesach until the eve of Shavuot, after the stars come out, standing. After the blessing, say the day’s number; below, the first day as an example.
See the times for your cityבָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם אֲשֶׁר קִדְּשָׁנוּ בְּמִצְוֹתָיו וְצִוָּנוּ עַל סְפִירַת הָעֹמֶר:
Baruch Ata Adonai, Eloheinu Melech haolam, asher kideshanu bemitzvotav vetzivanu al sefirat ha'omer.
Blessed are You, Adonai, our God, King of the universe, who has sanctified us with His commandments and commanded us concerning the counting of the Omer.
הַיּוֹם יוֹם אֶחָד בָּעֹמֶר:
Hayom yom echad ba'omer.
Today is one day of the Omer.
