Blessed are You, Adonai, our God, King of the universe, who creates the fruit of the vine.
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם אֲשֶׁר בָּחַר בָּנוּ מִכָּל עָם וְרוֹמְמָנוּ מִכָּל לָשׁוֹן וְקִדְּשָׁנוּ בְּמִצְוֹתָיו. וַתִּתֶּן לָנוּ יְיָ אֱלֹהֵינוּ בְּאַהֲבָה (שַׁבָּתוֹת לִמְנוּחָה וּ)מוֹעֲדִים לְשִׂמְחָה. חַגִּים וּזְמַנִּים לְשָׂשׂוֹן. אֶת יוֹם (הַשַּׁבָּת הַזֶּה וְאֶת יוֹם):

Blessed are You, Adonai, our God, King of the universe, who has chosen us from among all peoples, exalted us above all tongues and sanctified us with His commandments. And You have given us, Adonai our God, in love, (Shabbatot for rest and) appointed times for gladness, festivals and seasons for joy, this day of (Shabbat and this day of)

this festival of matzot, the season of our freedom,
חַג הַשָׁבוּעוֹת הַזֶּה. זְמַן מַתַּן תּוֹרָתֵינוּ:
chag hashavuot hazeh, zman matan Toratenu,
this festival of Shavuot, the season of the giving of our Torah,
חַג הַסֻּכּוֹת הַזֶּה. זְמַן שִׂמְחָתֵנוּ:
chag hasukkot hazeh, zman simchatenu,
this festival of Sukkot, the season of our joy,
שְׁמִינִי עֲצֶרֶת הַחַג הַזֶּה. זְמַן שִׂמְחָתֵנוּ:
Shemini Atzeret hechag hazeh, zman simchatenu,
this festival of Shemini Atzeret, the season of our joy,
(בְּאַהֲבָה) מִקְרָא קֹדֶשׁ זֵכֶר לִיצִיאַת מִצְרָיִם. כִּי בָנוּ בָחַרְתָּ וְאוֹתָנוּ קִדַּשְׁתָּ מִכָּל הָעַמִּים. (וְשַׁבָּת) וּמוֹעֲדֵי קָדְשֶׁךָ (בְּאַהֲבָה וּבְרָצוֹן) בְּשִׂמְחָה וּבְשָׂשׂוֹן הִנְחַלְתָּנוּ: בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ. מְקַדֵּשׁ (הַשַּׁבָּת וְ) יִשְׂרָאֵל וְהַזְּמַנִּים:
(be'ahava) mikra kodesh, zecher litziat Mitzrayim. Ki vanu vacharta ve'otanu kidashta mikol ha'amim, (veShabbat) umo'adei kodshecha (be'ahava uvratzon) besimcha uvsason hinchaltanu. Baruch Ata Adonai, mekadesh (haShabbat ve)Yisrael vehazmanim.
(in love,) a holy convocation, a remembrance of the going out from Egypt. For You have chosen us and sanctified us from among all peoples, and (Shabbat and) Your holy festivals (in love and favor,) in gladness and joy You have given us as a heritage. Blessed are You, Adonai, who sanctifies (the Shabbat,) Israel and the festive seasons.
