Kehilá San Rafael, in southern Mendoza. Founded in 1938 and counting some fifty people today, its seat is at Barcala 199: both the Vaad Hakehilot register and the community’s own site say so, and the site adds that the building is being renovated and that Jewish life in San Rafael is coming back.
