Dallas Kosher lists Fairmont Dallas, 1717 North Akard, phone 214-720-2020, as a registered hotel offering meat kosher banquet service; its Rosh Hashanah 2026/5787 newsletter guide, p.18, confirms that door and limits the offering to banquets. The current operator confirms the address/phone and offers in-house catering and custom event menus by inquiry. Recorded as DK supervised for the kosher service by prior arrangement, without a dated formal letter located or hotel-wide approval. Confirm the current letter, kitchen/equipment, menu and supervision for each event. Do not extend coverage to Pyramid, Lobby Bar, Starbucks, Fairmont Gold, breakfast or room service. No Glatt, pareve, CY, PY or Passover claim. Hotel hours and check-in/check-out are not food-service hours. Maps confirms the hotel pin; the hotel’s own November 2025 photo depicts the building/pool and does not prove kosher preparation.
