Exact VHQ letter for Colbeh at Beth Shalom, 401 Roslyn Rd, without issue or expiry dates; it states kitniot for Pesach, without guaranteeing coverage for a future Passover. Colbeh confirms this location, appointments, a kosher kitchen and phone 516-801-0800, and declares Glatt/VHQ. The host confirms Fanya as catering director and alternate 347-723-2137; reception uses 516-621-2288. The pin is for the shared building. The Maps photo shows its exterior in June 2017, not food or a current Colbeh storefront. The letter covers Colbeh service at this location; it does not certify the temple, camp, all their events or outside providers. Hours from 75 N Station or 1 The Intervale are not copied.
