Reviewed November 4, 2026. VKFC lists Taste of Eden Kosher Caterer, Adam Heyman, 203-684-6008 and atasteofeden.kosher@gmail.com in Milford. The public A Taste of Eden Milford profile matches the phone/email and gives 15 Edgefield Ave; Chabad of Milford-HCW confirms that address. A fully read menu, displayed as posted one day before consultation, advertises Friday November 6 with the VKFC symbol and Chef Adam/203-684-6008; it is a service menu, not a formal validity letter. Recorded as VKFC supervised by advance arrangement, meat based on the documented offering, without global Glatt based solely on the biography or PY/pareve inferred from dishes. The observed menu deadline is Tuesday 18:00, not permanent kitchen hours. Confirm deadline, pickup/delivery, current letter and supervision for each order/event. No whole-Chabad approval or transfer of its Maps 24-hour schedule. Host building pin matched by address/phone/website; June 2025 Street View photo observed in its public gallery, not a kitchen or food seal image. The host’s Kosher page remained at a security check and was not counted as read.
